INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

VIBROSTOP considers quality as a strategic tool for business success.

VIBROSTOP is committed to providing products and services aimed at satisfying the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties, including declared requirements and applicable mandatory requirements, ensuring business profitability and competitiveness in the market.

The Management of VIBROSTOP has decided that the company shall be managed by applying the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, EN 9100:2018 and in compliance with Amendment 1:2024 “ Climate Action Changes.

KEY COMMITMENTS OF THE MANAGEMENT

Focus on customers and interested parties:

  • Understand and satisfy requirements and expectations
  • Respect the commitments made to Customers, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain transparent and constructive relationships with suppliers, including monitoring of their performance within the quality system
  • Act with transparency
  • Operate in compliance with the requests and requirements:
    • Of the reference market
    • Of the country in which it operates, complying with laws and regulations
    • Of all interested parties involved in critical processes.

Leadership

  • Assume responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS
  • Make available all the resources necessary to achieve company objectives
  • Verify the compatibility between planned objectives and the context
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and awareness of every person involved in company processes

Resources:

  • Develop skills through continuous training and education
  • Ensure awareness of the importance of the activities carried out for the safety and quality of the final product
  • Develop the responsibility of each resource for the quality of their work, in order to prevent human errors
  • Develop the concept of work ethics, as a set of values to improve the professional environment and company reputation
  • Encourage the active collaboration of employees to contribute to the quality system and to the achievement of company objectives

Compliance

  • Comply with laws, regulations, certification standards and identified and subscribed voluntary requirements

Continuous improvement:

  • Plan activities, which must be carried out in accordance with established procedures
  • Prevent the causes of error rather than correcting errors already made
  • Adopt a risk-based approach (Risk-based thinking) to prevent non-conformities and seize opportunities for improvement.

POLICY

The Management of VIBROSTOP, therefore, undertakes to:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Company Quality System in accordance with reference standards as a tool to achieve objectives effectively;
  • Identify the activities of its organization as processes to be planned, controlled and continuously improved;
  • Continuously analyze the business context by identifying all external and internal factors, including those deriving from climate change that may influence the ability to act and achieve quality objectives;
  • Continuously analyze interested parties that may have an impact on the organization and its objectives;
  • Apply and ensure the systematic application of the risk-based approach to prevent undesirable situations and/or events;
  • Establish measurable objectives and indicators for monitoring processes during periodic Management Review;
  • Communicate and share objectives with all personnel;
  • Disseminate and support this Quality Policy with the most appropriate resources and means, constantly verifying its application;
  • Encourage every person in the company to promote initiatives and ideas aimed at achieving company objectives in order to support improvement

COMMUNICATION AND AWARENESS

This policy is communicated, understood and applied at all levels of the Organization. It is available to internal and external interested parties through the website and company notice board.

The Management of VIBROSTOP ensures training and awareness of personnel on the importance of quality practices and on individual responsibility in managing climate impacts.

MANAGEMENT REVIEW

The Management of VIBROSTOP undertakes to periodically review this policy to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, in response to changes in the internal and external context, the needs of interested parties and regulatory developments.
